A practical answer to a real problem
Sortivo began when Rapid Tech Insights was building a new website for Ahmed at Hey Boiler.
During the project, Ahmed explained that the hardest part of his day often began after the actual work was finished. After long days attending jobs, he could still spend another two hours replying to WhatsApp messages, answering emails and organising new enquiries. By the time he responded, many prospective customers had already called another engineer.
RTI offered to help. We began organising enquiries, responding to customers, arranging bookings and following up on work while Ahmed focused on serving customers in the field.
The practical improvement was clear: enquiries were answered sooner, more conversations had the chance to become booked work, and less work was lost simply because Ahmed was busy doing the job.
Ahmed referred another trades business to us. That customer saw the same operational value and referred other business owners. What started as a solution for one customer had become a repeatable operating model.
Sortivo was born.
