Questions before you start

Why is Sortivo priced in US dollars?

Sortivo is operated from Kenya by Rapid Tech Insights Limited. Our current international payment arrangement processes subscriptions in US dollars.

Will my UK card work?

Most UK debit and credit cards that support international online payments will work. Your bank controls final approval.

Could my bank charge a conversion fee?

Yes. Your card issuer may convert the charge to pounds and may apply its own foreign-currency fee. Check with your issuer for its current terms.

What happens after 150 calls?

Nothing happens automatically. It is a soft capacity cap. If volumes remain materially higher, we discuss the workload and agree any revised scope before changing the price.

What counts as a call?

A customer call handled through your Sortivo service counts toward the monthly volume. We review unusual or repeat-call patterns with you rather than applying surprise charges.

Are evenings and weekends included?

No. Standard coverage is Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm UK time. Out-of-hours coverage is available only when separately quoted.

Is there a setup fee or minimum contract?

No setup fee and no minimum contract.

How do payments and cancellations work?

You pay in advance for the next month. Cancel before the next renewal and no further monthly payment is due.

Are taxes included?

Any taxes that legally apply to your purchase will be made clear before payment.
